The Willow Tea Rooms

The Willow Tea Rooms  97 Buchanan Street, not to be confused with the original tea rooms in Sauchiehall Street.

The McLennan Arch

The McLennan Arch was originally part of Robert and James Adam's Assembly Rooms on Ingram Street. The Assembly Rooms were demolished, however the arch was rescued and was positioned as a stand alone archway in Monteith Row in 1892. It was then moved to Greendyke Street until it was yet again moved to Glasgow Green, north entrance, in 1922.

In 1991 it was moved once more to the Saltmarket entrance, Glasgow Green. Perhaps, this will be its final resting place.
