The campus is a mixed-use development with five buildings—three new and two restored listed buildings—that house 5,000 staff, along with public amenities including a rooftop cafe bar, community exhibition spaces, a street food market, and a gym overlooking the river. Tollcross Park Glasshouse
Tollcross Glasshouse is a "B" listed building which was recently restored at a cost of £1million pounds, but it has been underused with the council not having a plan to use it for something specific.
It is hoped that the building of toilets and a kitchen if built will attract a caffe, meanwhile the unguarded building has been targeted by vandals with over twenty windows smashed.
