Finnieston Church

 Finnieston Church by James Sellars, one of his last Greek designs very much influenced by Alexander Thomson. Shame about the filled in pediment although it reduces pigeon perching places.

A beautiful church which has been sympathetically converted to flats.

Drill Hall Berkley Street

Victorian drill hall squashed between two sandstone tenements,unusual as most brick buildings at the time were factories and warehouses.

The building was used by the Sikh community as a palace of worship.

The building can be found on Berkley Street.
