Built circa 1880. 3-storey and attic corner tenement Italianate style, arcaded windows with pilastered jambs/mullions, round-arched at 1st floor, stilted segmental arches above; main cornice, attic windows above at curved corner and regularly placed facing Watson Street; short elevation to Gallowgate. Distinctive glazing pattern with casements.
